Description
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all day-to-day office administrative tasks
Maintain proper filing and documentation of paperwork
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
Respond to employee requests and coordinate with relevant departments
Update and maintain data/records accurately
Assist with other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
