Description
The Bahrain Cricket Federation (BCF) is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage our daily operations and support the growth of cricket in the Kingdom.
Location: Adliya, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Attractive salary package based on experience, including accommodation
Additional Benefit: Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Coordination: Oversee daily office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between BCF and external bodies such as the General Sports Authority (GSA), Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), and sponsors.
Player & Staff Engagement: Maintain effective communication with players, coaches, ground staff, and umpires to coordinate schedules, training sessions, and match preparations.
Calendar Management: Monitor and update tournament calendars, including events organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Asian Cricket Council (ACC), and local leagues.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the BCF Board, highlighting operational activities, upcoming events, and areas requiring attention.
Procurement Oversight: Manage the procurement process for cricket-related equipment, including jerseys, kit bags, and other essentials, ensuring timely availability and inventory control.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing local and international cricket events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
Media & Public Relations: Coordinate with media outlets and manage BCF's social media presence to promote events, share updates, and enhance the organization's public profile.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within sports organizations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative software tools.
Knowledge of cricket operations and event management is highly desirable.
Possession of a valid driving license is a plus.
