Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Office Administrator & HR Executive who can efficiently handle administrative, HR, and transport coordination functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to work under pressure, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office administrative operations
• Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and documentation
• Draft professional emails, letters, and official correspondence
• Coordinate with clients and support in business dealings and negotiations
• Handle chauffeur and limousine service operations, including driver coordination, scheduling, and client servicing
• Manage transport/logistics arrangements for clients and staff
• Maintain office files, records, and databases
• Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using MS Excel & Word
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
• Support management in operational and administrative tasks
• Handle employee relations and HR support activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration & HR
• GCC experience is mandatory
• Proven experience in chauffeur service & limousine service handling in GCC
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) is essential
• Strong communication and professional email drafting skills
• Experience in handling clients and supporting business deals
• Ability to manage drivers, schedules, and transport operations efficiently
• Must be proactive, flexible, and able to take on challenges
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Additional Requirements:
• Immediate joining required
• Must be ready to work in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia
• Transferable Iqama (KSA) or CPR (Bahrain) is mandatory

• Experience in transport, limousine, or hospitality-related services
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
