Description

We are looking for Office Assistant who provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

The role includes organizing files, handling basic office tasks, assisting staff, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle routine clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Maintain office documents and update records when required.

Assist in answering phone calls, emails, and visitors.

Deliver documents within the office or to external departments when needed.

Help in preparing reports, memos, and basic correspondence.

Arrange and maintain office supplies and stationery.

Support staff with administrative tasks and assist management as required.

Keep the office area clean, organized, and presentable.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.

Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or office manager.
