Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling office paperwork and documentation

Managing incoming and outgoing mails and emails

Coordinating follow-ups with vendors, clients, and internal departments

Preparing invoices and maintaining records

Taking approvals for materials and documents

Assisting with purchase-related activities

Coordinating logistics and material arrangements

Providing general administrative and office support as required

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation

Ability to prepare invoices and handle follow-ups

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Candidates residing in Salmaniya, Gudaibiya, Hoora, Juffair, or nearby areas

Salary Package:

BHD 200 per month
