We are seeking an Office Assistant to manage quotations, invoices, and email correspondence etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepared and issued accurate quotations, delivery notes, and invoices for clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
