Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. If you're proactive, reliable, and have strong communication and administrative skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
Organize files, documents, and records
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate with internal departments
Answer phone calls and manage correspondence

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
