Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant/Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our group of companies. This role involves handling a variety of administrative, coordination, and communication tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and operational support

Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document management

Coordinate with external partners, clients, and suppliers as needed

Maintain records and reports

Support management with various tasks and projects

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office /Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required
