Description

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Office Assistants.

You will provide essential support across various departments, including Administration, Sales, Warehouse, and Purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Assist with sales and customer service activities.
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Assist with purchasing activities, including vendor communication and order placement.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1-2 years of experience in an office environment is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
