Urgent Requirements for Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily office operations and manpower deployment
Manage candidate documentation, CV sorting, and interview scheduling
Maintain communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams
Prepare reports, timesheets, attendance, and deployment records
Ensure smooth workflow for recruitment and mobilization activities
Handle office correspondence, calls, emails, and follow-ups
Support HR & Operations teams in manpower planning and allocation

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years experience as Office Coordinator (preferably in manpower/recruitment field)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent MS Office & documentation skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
