Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Bahraini lady with 3 years experience to join our team as an Office Manager.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and support the Director in his work.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director.

Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Manage schedules, appointments, and office documentation.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Assist with HR and procurement paperwork when needed.

Maintain records and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Requirements:

Bahraini nationality (Ladies only)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Fluent in Arabic and English.

with a car and driving license.

Previous experience in administration or office management is an advantage
