Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Secretary to support daily office operations and provide executive-level administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Provide executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Draft, format, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Organize company files, records, and office supplies.
Assist with HR tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Support management with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Female candidate with a transferable Iqama.
Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in office management, administration, or executive assistance.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
