Description

Immediate Hiring for: Office Receptionist with Tally background ( Indian/ Philippine)

-Must be good at Accounting and Tally (priority)
-Managing telecommunication system.
-Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence.
-Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
-Transferring calls as necessary.
-Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail.
-Preparing vouchers.
-Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing.
-Recording and maintaining office expenses.
-Coordinating internal and external events.
-Coordinating with operations officer.
-Managing office inventory such as stationary, equipment and furniture.
-Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers.
-Assisting HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes.
