We are currently seeking a professional and organized Office Secretary to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules and appointments
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare and organize documents
Maintain filing systems and office supplies
Support office staff and coordinate meetings
Requirements:
3 year experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Filipino nationality preferred
Must be presentable, professional, and trustworthy
