Description
A well-established Contracting, Trading, and Manpower supply company in Riyadh and Jeddah is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Female Candidate to join our team as an Office Secretary & Data Entry Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Accurate data entry and maintenance of company records.
Drafting professional emails, letters, and reports.
Handling phone calls and coordinating with clients/suppliers.
Organizing and filing documents systematically.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with good typing speed. advantage of any invoicing softwares
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Professionalism: Ability to multitask and work independently.
Visa Status: A transferable Iqama is preferred.
