Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Person to handle the operational side of the business, majorly daily management of Client trips and managing Chauffers.
Key Responsibilities :
You will be the contact person for the Clients.
Manage the Client requests accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
Manage chauffers' (Drivers) and their duty timings.
Allocate and assign chauffers' (Drivers) according to client requests.
Keeping and managing the client & Trip Records.
Coordinate with finance team for month end invoicing.
Additional duties as assigned by seniors.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations management.
Bachelors degree or diploma in any related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
Computer Skills.
MS office Skills.
Email Management.
Open to all Nationalities.
Transferable iqama.
Valid Saudi driving license is a plus.
