We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring the efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of goods while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment planning, transportation, and delivery.
Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to negotiate rates and maintain optimal logistics costs.
Manage customs clearance processes and documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
Maintain accurate records of shipment schedules, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment statuses.
Ensure adherence to safety, security, and quality standards in all operational activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics operations or a similar role, preferably in freight forwarding or transportation.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and documentation.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of shipping regulations in Saudi Arabia and international trade.
Experience in handling time-sensitive or high-value shipments.
