Description
We are seeking an Operation Supervisor to oversee and manage our transportation workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and supervise technical staff.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of trucks, cranes, and light vehicles.
Monitor spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate with operations team to minimize vehicle downtime.
Prepare maintenance reports and performance analysis.
