We are a leading food manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality bakery and pastry products. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operational Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both bakery and pastry production, as well as logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations in the bakery and pastry production areas.
Coordinate logistics for ingredient procurement and product delivery.
Ensure smooth operations by monitoring production processes and troubleshooting issues.
Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet production targets.
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness within the factory.
Assist in the implementation of production schedules and operational efficiency improvements.
Provide regular updates to management on operational performance and challenges.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in bakery and pastry production 2-3 years.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and pro-actively.
Knowledge of food safety HACCP regulations and best practices in production environments.
