We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our Arabic restaurant team!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Supervise and motivate staff
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales
Maintain smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of Arabic cuisine is a plus
