We are looking for 3 experienced Operational Supervisors for a 3–4 month project in Jizan to manage dump truck operations inside an Aramco refinery/site.

Responsibilities:

- Manage truck entry and site access procedures.
- Coordinate truck access approvals and gate passes.
- Manage trucks during loading and unloading.
- Coordinate with loading area and site personnel.
- Prepare and manage manifests for outgoing trucks.
- Prepare and follow up on outgoing gate pass requests.
- Ensure all required approvals and documents are completed on time.
- Follow Aramco procedures and requirements for loading material and taking it outside the refinery.
- Monitor the complete process from truck entry → access → loading → manifest → gate pass → safe exit.
- Coordinate with drivers and site personnel to avoid delays.
- Ensure trucks leave the refinery safely with all required documentation.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar operational supervisor role is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Aramco access, gate passes, loading/unloading and material-out procedures is an advantage.
- Well educated, organized and responsible.
- Good documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple trucks and drivers.
- Own vehicle is a plus point.
- Available for the full 3–4 month project.
