Role Overview

The Operations & Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing daily shop operations, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring strict adherence to health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities of the barbershop
• Manage cashiering, financial reconciliation, and sales reporting
• Prepare structured reports using Microsoft Excel
• Supervise scheduling and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations
• Conduct routine safety checks and enforce procedures
• Maintain organized documentation and compliance records
• Act as the focal point for operational and safety matters

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in operations supervision or retail management
• Recognized Health & Safety certification (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of occupational safety standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Strong leadership, organization, and reporting skills
• High level of professionalism and accountability
