Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational activities and ensure smooth business operations
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and workflows
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Manage administrative tasks related to operations support
- Assist with management, scheduling, and documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations support, coordination, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
