Role Overview

The Recruitment Operations coordinator will support the recruitment team in managing hiring activities, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring recruitment processes run efficiently. This role is perfect for someone organized, people-oriented, and calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Post job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media
• Screen CVs and organize candidate databases
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and application updates
• Prepare employment offers and onboarding documents
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR databases
• Support onboarding activities for new employees
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding hiring needs
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with Saudi labor regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in recruitment agencies or HR service companies
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and hiring practices
