Description
We are looking for a creative, organized, and strategically minded professional with strong expertise in operations and cost control to support the management of a group of high-end hospitality and dining projects in Unaizah.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across restaurants, cafés, and the central kitchen.
• Monitor and analyze costs to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement operating procedures and service standards.
• Create and execute strategic and operational plans in coordination with top management.
• Lead and motivate teams to maintain high performance and quality.
• Supervise inventory, purchasing, and supply chain processes.
• Prepare accurate performance and cost reports for management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or café operations.
• Strong understanding of cost management and financial efficiency.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to develop improvement strategies.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in casual or contemporary food concepts is a plus.
• Available to start immediately.
