Fit-out company in Bahrain is Looking for a Experienced Operations Manager cum Production Manager (only those having experience in Fit- Out company needs to apply).

Job responsibilities:

Track daily progress, coordinate between departments, and report to project managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Supervise and coordinate site teams, and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.

Ensure all work adheres to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

This includes conducting safety briefings and addressing issues promptly. Coordinate logistics and work with procurement to ensure necessary materials and resources are available.

Proven track record in overseeing daily operations, managing a workforce, and coordinating projects from start to finish.

Significant experience in construction project management, with a strong preference for experience in the interior fit-out industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating between teams and managing resources effectively.
