We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our cleaning company. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in operations within the cleaning or facilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and team performance
Ensure service quality and client satisfaction
Coordinate schedules, resources, and site requirements
Prepare and manage tenders, including documentation and pricing
Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
