Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our cleaning services company.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning services operations, specifically managing large cleaning contracts (not small residential jobs).
Must be currently based in Bahrain with previous work experience in Bahrain.
Strong experience in managing and supervising cleaning staff and teams.
Proven ability to handle and manage cleaning service contracts with companies and organizations.
Experience in business development and securing new cleaning contracts is highly preferred.
Ability to organize operations, manage schedules, and ensure high service quality.
Applicants must be Indian nationals from Kerala. Knowledge of Malayalam is required.
