Role Description
We are seeking a highly capable and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of facility management and workforce solutions across assigned projects.
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality and safety standards, supervising workforce performance, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and supporting long-term operational objectives. The successful candidate must be proactive, organized, and capable of managing operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned projects and service locations
Lead operational planning, execution, and performance monitoring
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and client requirements
Coordinate with clients, site teams, and internal departments for seamless service delivery
Supervise workforce attendance, deployment, productivity, and discipline
Monitor KPIs and prepare routine operational reports
Support budget control, resource planning, and cost optimization
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational enhancements
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high service satisfaction
Contribute to long-term operational strategy and service excellence initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Operations Management
Proven experience in Facility Management, workforce solutions, or related service industries
Strong leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills
Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and process optimization capabilities
Good knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and international safety standards
Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills
Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and budget management
Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic operational environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
Experience in hospitality, industrial maintenance, or commercial services is a plus
