Role Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple units, ensuring consistent quality, high service standards, and optimal performance across all branches. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, supervising area teams, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Unit Supervision: Oversee daily operations for multiple restaurant locations to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.
Quality & Hygiene: Rigorously monitor food safety and hygiene standards across all units.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop staff to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Operational Excellence: Implement management strategies to improve speed of service and customer satisfaction.
System Management Development: Utilize POS systems and data-driven reporting to monitor branch performance.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Fast Food/QSR sector within Saudi Arabia.
Expertise: Expert knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene regulations.
Mobility: Must possess a Valid Saudi Driving License and the ability to travel between units.
Communication: Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Skills: Strong management, development, and POS system proficiency.
