Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (3-4 years minimum)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and manage performance metrics to meet business goals
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and achievement of targets
• Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards
• Prepare regular reports for senior management
