Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple projects in KSA.

The role involves taking full ownership of operations, attending client meetings, solving project obstacles, and providing technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and control daily operations of multiple EPC and MEP projects
- Attend client meetings regularly and represent the company professionally
- Handle project obstacles, delays, and site issues, and find quick solutions
- Provide technical guidance and review project execution
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE compliance
- Support commercial activities such as cost control, variation orders, claims, and client billing
- Ensure compliance with Aramco standards and procedures
- Visit project sites as required

Requirements

- 4 to 6 years of experience in EPC, MEP, and Aramco projects
- Strong technical and commercial background
- Proven experience handling multiple projects in KSA
- Confident in attending and leading client meetings
- Ability to handle operational pressure and take full responsibility
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Languages: English and Arabic.
- Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi is an added advantage
