We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager & Business Partner to join our growing social media company in Bahrain.

The ideal candidate will take an active role in managing the day-to-day operations, developing the business, and helping expand our client base and services.
Key responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company’s daily operations.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Coordinate social media projects, campaigns, and team activities.

Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.

Manage project timelines, client requirements, and deliverables.

Help develop business strategies and improve company performance.

Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and other team members.

Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the social media and digital marketing industry.

Contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.
Requirements:

Experience in social media, digital marketing, business development, or operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Ability to manage clients and multiple projects.

Business-minded and highly motivated.

Strong networking and business development skills.

Previous management or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
