About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager/General Manager to lead and oversee the performance of a multi‑unit chain of restaurants in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in hospitality and F&B operations, capable of driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple restaurant units, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and empower diverse teams to achieve performance goals and foster a culture of excellence.
• Drive business growth through menu innovation, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
• Manage budgets, cost control, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion plans, new openings, and long‑term business development.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a multi‑unit management role.
• Strong background in restaurant chain management, operational planning, and team development.
• Proven ability to deliver results in fast‑paced, customer‑centric environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Based in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
