Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Officer to join our cleaning & maintenance services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing field staff, and ensuring service quality across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate staff across multiple sites.

Assign duties, monitor attendance, and ensure staff follow company procedures.

Recruit and select suitable staff from various nationalities based on project requirements.

Monitor employee performance and enforce quality standards.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is completed efficiently and to client satisfaction.

Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain records of staff deployment, incident reports, and performance evaluations.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resource availability.

Prepare reports and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations or team supervision, preferably in the facility management industry.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours if needed.

Familiarity with Bahrain’s labor market and visa processes is an advantage.
