Ensuring the coffee shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Job Description

• Team Leadership: Oversee baristas and floor staff, handle scheduling, and conduct training to ensure high service standards.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor daily operations, including coffee preparation, cleanliness, and store atmosphere.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in customer flow and implement systems to speed up service without sacrificing quality.
• Customer Relations: Act as a point of contact for customer feedback and resolve any escalated service issues.
• Compliance: Ensure the shop adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial or operational role within the hospitality or caf? sector.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrable experience in driving operational efficiency and team performance.
