Role Overview:

As an Operations Specialist, you will serve as the lead point of contact for account operations, streamline workflows, and foster strong customer relationships. Your expertise will help optimize our services and ensure operational success in the Kuwait market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for account-specific matters, ensuring smooth operations
• Analyze operational challenges to identify root causes and develop solutions
• Validate all operational activities on our Admin Dashboard for accuracy
• Forecast and monitor key performance metrics to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply, and Planning teams to boost scalability and profitability
• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers
• Prepare invoices, reports, and analytics to reflect operational performance and growth
• Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
• Ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery of services
• Delegate tasks to on-ground supervisors and border teams as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of market experience in Kuwait
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license and own vehicle
• Strong understanding of the Kuwait mobility/transportation landscape
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
