Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities and workforce schedules.
Monitor employee performance and provide guidance, coaching, and training.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Manage resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Prepare and submit operational reports, performance metrics, and progress updates.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and material requirements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Assist in planning and implementing operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Support management in achieving company goals and project deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in operations, facilities management, construction, or a related industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management practices.
Valid driving license (preferred).
