Job Description:

Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and daily task allocation.
Ensure high standards of beverage quality, food presentation, and customer service.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplies to avoid shortages.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or food service operations.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of café operations and customer service standards.
Ability to manage a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Location: Saudi Arabia
