• Proven experience with Keeta (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Keeta operations and workflow
• Excellent captain management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure continuous follow-up

• Monitor and manage daily operations through Keeta
• Coordinate schedules and track captain performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
• Submit operational reports and resolve issues immediately
