Description
We are hiring an Operations Supervisor to manage our taxi fleet in Makkah. You will ensure vehicles are compliant and ready, supervise drivers, and coordinate with authorities like RCMC.
Key Duties:
Ensure fleet readiness and meet all RCMC compliance requirements.
Supervise drivers, monitor performance, and manage schedules.
Coordinate daily with Fleet, Maintenance, and Revenue departments.
Investigate incidents and monitor operational metrics like fuel consumption.
