Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product information, demonstrating features and benefits effectively.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Follow up on leads generated through customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Maintain inventory records and assist in restocking products as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.

Mandatory Driving Licence.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service role; experience in outdoor sales is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills with an ability to engage customers effectively.

A friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

The ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
