A leading Real Estate Developer, Construction & Maintenance Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain is looking for Painters for Maintenance Division.

Job Description

Carry out painting and finishing works for buildings and facilities as part of the maintenance team.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes before painting.
Apply paints, primers, and coatings on walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and metal or wooden surfaces.
Mix and match paints to get the correct color and finish as required.
Use brushes, rollers, or spray machines to achieve smooth and uniform finishes.
Repair and touch up damaged or peeling paint areas as needed.
Assist in small plastering, patching, and finishing works before painting.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and well-organized.
Follow safety rules and use protective gear when handling paints, thinners, or chemicals.
Work with other technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and on time.

Qualifications & Skills

High school or technical certificate in painting or related field.
3–5 years of painting experience in building or maintenance work.
Knowledge of surface preparation, paint types, and application methods.
Ability to mix colors and apply paint neatly and evenly.
Basic knowledge of plastering and finishing repair work.
GCC experience is an advantage.
