Key Responsibilities
• Prepare authentic Pakistani dishes.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Control food costs and manage kitchen inventory.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a reputable Pakistani restaurant or hotel.
• Specialty: Expert knowledge of Desi spices, tandoor, and traditional cooking methods.
• Status: Candidates inside KSA with a transferable Iqama are highly preferred.
• Skills: Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume shifts.
