Position: Pastry Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Prepare ingredients and materials according to established recipes.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support daily production activities and ensure orders are completed on time.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in pastry, bakery, or dessert preparation.
- Basic knowledge of pastry preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and product quality.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Commitment to workplace policies and procedures.
