Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at a newly established artisan bakery. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in pastry and bakery production, with a focus on quality and consistency.
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and produce a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods in line with established standards
• Execute laminated doughs and viennoiserie products with consistency and precision
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the pastry section
• Assist in managing daily production and workflow within the kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering of ingredients when required
• Collaborate with senior chefs and support junior team members
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry or bakery role
• Prior experience at Demi Chef de Partie level or equivalent
• Strong practical knowledge of laminated dough and artisan baking techniques
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Familiarity with professional kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency
Additional Requirements
• Must currently reside in the Kingdom of Bahrain
• Portfolio or photos of previous pastry/bakery work are preferred
Compensation
• Salary: BD 280–300 per month (all-inclusive)
