Description

We are a dynamic and people-driven organization committed to operational excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for [number] employees (monthly/bi-weekly/weekly).
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in an organized manner.
• Handle employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Coordinate with finance for payroll funding and reconciliation.
• Support audits and provide payroll data when required.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding payroll actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or local systems).
• Solid understanding of labor laws, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS platforms.
