Description

AID is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the director and owner of the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Communicating with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Managing Excel sheets and organizing data.

Setting schedules for the studio and scheduling meetings for the owner.

Hosting clients in the office and providing excellent customer service.

Identifying potential clients and handling email correspondence.

Assisting with daily administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.

Organizing travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support business development.

Planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and presentations.

Preparing reports and presentations for meetings with clients or stakeholders.

Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.

Assisting in prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.

Acting as a point of contact for resolving any issues that may arise during day-to-day operations.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, ensuring smooth operations within the company.
