• Handle internal and external communication.
• Provide administrative support.
• Assist with projects, research, and information gathering.
• Support recruiting and interviews.
• Travel for recruitment and meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
