Description

We are hiring a female Secretary/Personal Executive Assistant in Jeddah to support me with both personal and business-related tasks, including handling accounts and financial records.

This role requires someone trustworthy, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize accounts and financial records
• Record and track daily expenses (personal & business)
• Prepare salary sheets, payment schedules, and reminders
• Monitor and manage bills, rent, and other deadlines
• Keep business records (expenses, purchases, salaries, etc.)
• Manage personal finances (car, house bills, etc.)
• Send daily summaries and follow up on pending tasks
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and service providers
• Assist with admin tasks and documentation

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Must be based in Jeddah (in-person work required)
• Strong organizational and accounting skills
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented
